Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Estimated delivery times:

• Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 2–4 business days

• Other Emirates (Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain): 3–6 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
